1. ใช้กับคำสั่งซื้อช่องทางไหน

นโยบายนี้ใช้กับสินค้าที่สั่งซื้อและชำระเงินผ่าน chilljai.com เท่านั้น หากซื้อผ่านช่องทางอื่น เช่น Shopee หรือ TikTok Shop กรุณาขอคืนสินค้าผ่านช่องทางที่ซื้อ ตามเงื่อนไขของช่องทางนั้น

2. ระยะเวลาขอคืน

แจ้งขอคืนได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า (ตามวันที่ขนส่งแจ้งว่าส่งถึง)

3. สินค้าที่คืนได้และคืนไม่ได้

สินค้า	คืนได้เมื่อ	คืนไม่ได้เมื่อ
แผ่นอนามัย Lorita (กล่อง / ซอง / กล่องใหญ่)	ยังไม่แกะซีลหรือแกะซอง อยู่ในสภาพเดิม	แกะซีลหรือแกะซองแล้ว เพราะเป็นสินค้าเพื่อสุขอนามัย ยกเว้นพบว่าสินค้าชำรุดจากการผลิต
ปากกา BEIFA	ยังไม่ใช้งาน อยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม	ใช้งานแล้ว หรือบรรจุภัณฑ์เสียหายจากผู้ซื้อ
สินค้าแฮนด์เมด	ยังไม่ใช้งาน ป้ายและสายคล้องครบ	ใช้งานแล้ว หรือมีร่องรอยเสียหายจากผู้ซื้อ

กรณีร้านส่งสินค้าผิด สินค้าเสียหายระหว่างขนส่ง หรือชำรุดจากการผลิต ขอคืนหรือขอเปลี่ยนได้ทุกกรณี

4. ค่าส่งคืน

ร้านเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าส่งคืนสินค้าที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบตามข้อ 3 ร้านจะแจ้งวิธีส่งคืนและที่อยู่ให้หลังยืนยันคำขอ กรุณาอย่าส่งคืนก่อนได้รับการยืนยันจากร้าน

5. ขั้นตอนการขอคืน

แจ้งร้านผ่าน แบบฟอร์มติดต่อ (เลือกหัวข้อ "เรื่องคำสั่งซื้อ") หรือ LINE @lorita พร้อมเลขคำสั่งซื้อ เหตุผล และรูปถ่ายสินค้าและกล่องพัสดุ
ร้านตรวจสอบและตอบกลับภายใน 1 วันทำการ พร้อมแจ้งวิธีส่งคืน
ส่งสินค้าคืนตามที่ร้านแจ้ง หรือเลือกรับสินค้าชิ้นใหม่แทนการคืนเงินก็ได้
ร้านคืนเงินภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ยื่นเรื่องขอคืนเงินพร้อมข้อมูลครบถ้วน

6. คืนเงินทางไหน

ชำระด้วยการโอนเงิน: โอนคืนเข้าบัญชีธนาคารที่ผู้ซื้อแจ้ง (ชื่อบัญชีควรตรงกับชื่อผู้สั่งซื้อ)
ชำระด้วยบัตรหรือ PromptPay ผ่านระบบชำระเงินออนไลน์: คืนกลับช่องทางเดิม ระยะเวลาที่เงินเข้าขึ้นกับธนาคารผู้ออกบัตร
ยอดคืนเท่ากับยอดที่ชำระจริงของสินค้าที่คืน (หลังหักส่วนลดหรือโค้ดส่วนลดที่ใช้) กรณีความผิดพลาดของร้าน คืนค่าจัดส่งเดิมให้ด้วย

1. Which orders

This policy covers items ordered and paid for on chilljai.com only. If you bought through another channel, such as Shopee or TikTok Shop, please request the return through that channel under its terms.

2. Time limit

Request a return within 7 days of receiving the item (the delivery date shown by the carrier).

3. What can be returned

If we sent the wrong item, or the item was damaged in transit or is defective, you can always return or exchange it.

4. Return shipping

We pay the return shipping for returns accepted under section 3. We will tell you how and where to send it after we confirm your request. Please do not send anything back before we confirm.

5. How to return

Contact us through the contact form (topic "Order") or LINE @lorita with your order number, the reason, and photos of the item and parcel.
We check and reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
Send the item back as instructed, or choose a replacement instead of a refund.
We refund within 7 days from the day you submit the refund request with complete details.

6. How you are refunded

Paid by bank transfer: we transfer the refund to the bank account you give us (preferably in the buyer's name).
Paid by card or PromptPay through online payment: refunded to the same method. When the money arrives depends on the issuing bank.
The refund equals what you actually paid for the returned items (after any discount or code). If the mistake was ours, the original shipping fee is refunded too.

1. 适用订单

本政策仅适用于在 chilljai.com 下单并付款的商品。如通过其他渠道购买（例如 Shopee 或 TikTok Shop），请按该渠道的规则在原渠道申请退货。

2. 申请期限

请在收到商品之日起 7 天内申请（以快递显示的签收日期为准）。

3. 可退与不可退商品

Lorita 护垫（小盒 / 单片装 / 大盒）	未拆封、未拆独立包装，保持原状	已拆封或已拆独立包装（卫生用品），但生产缺陷除外
BEIFA 笔	未使用，原包装完好	已使用，或包装因买家原因损坏
手工商品	未使用，吊牌及挂绳齐全	已使用，或因买家原因损坏

如店铺发错货、运输途中损坏或商品存在生产缺陷，均可退货或换货。

4. 退货运费

符合第 3 条的退货，运费由店铺承担。确认申请后我们会告知寄回方式和地址，请在店铺确认前不要寄回商品。

5. 退货流程

通过联系表单（主题选"订单问题"）或 LINE @lorita 联系我们，并提供订单号、原因以及商品和包裹照片。
我们会在 1 个工作日内核实并回复寄回方式。
按指示寄回商品，或选择换新代替退款。
自提交完整退款申请之日起 7 天内退款。

6. 退款方式

银行转账付款：退至您提供的银行账户（建议与下单人同名）。
通过在线支付以银行卡或 PromptPay 付款：原路退回，到账时间取决于发卡银行。
退款金额为退货商品的实付金额（扣除折扣或优惠码后）。如因店铺失误，原运费一并退还。
